Result pilot data notice

Outvend is a LaunchLasso product operated as a limited result-selling pilot in the USA. Use fictional, sanitized or otherwise authorized non-sensitive business material. Do not submit passwords, confidential customer records, regulated information or payment-card details. Email sign-in uses LaunchLasso’s Foundry Supabase authentication. When you save an offer, Outvend stores its scope, sample, seller terms and encrypted connection secrets. When a buyer prepares an order, Outvend stores the buyer input and order reference. After a matching signed payment event, that input is sent to the seller’s configured software endpoint; its returned text result is stored for private delivery. Buyer payments are handled by the seller’s Stripe account; Outvend does not receive or forward those funds. The seller is responsible for its software, buyer terms, refunds and support. Authorized LaunchLasso operators and its hosting/auth providers can process the pilot records to operate and troubleshoot the product. Sellers can access and export their own offers and orders. Buyers access their result through a private recovery link; anyone holding that link can use it for seven days. This is an access expiry, not an automatic deletion schedule. No automatic record deletion schedule is active in this pilot. For access, export or removal requests, contact hello@launchlasso.com from the relevant account address; ownership is verified before handling a request. Logs and backups follow provider retention settings, so immediate complete erasure is not promised. Outvend does not add marketing trackers to these flows or automatically contact prospects. Hosting and authentication providers process ordinary request metadata and security logs. Any production platform fee or expanded service terms must be presented before a purchase; this pilot does not start an Outvend subscription. Outvend uses your verified work-email domain to find your public company website. With your permission, public website text is sent to OpenAI to propose offers. Your full email address, login credentials and private software/customer data are not sent to the model. Drafts are suggestions, not verified capabilities or approved prices. Nothing is published or connected to payments automatically. Optional interest tests save your approved offer, selected contact route, sharing confirmation and aggregate feedback checkpoints. You explicitly approve the public page and visible business contact before publication. Private feedback is owner-only. Visitors contact your business directly; Outvend does not collect their form inputs or place orders through an interest page. Interest-test history has a separate download in your workspace.
